NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE:
Notice is hereby given that on June 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Naples Mobile Home Park and R.V. Park, Inc. 2634 9th Street North, Unit B-17, Naples, Florida 34103 the following Travel Trailer will be sold for $10,000.00 to satisfy the past due lot Rent and Maintenances Fee on the abandon Motor Home, to wit: 1996 Hornet In-House Travel Trailer, Body TV, Vehicle ID Number 44HTF0R28T4018964. The names of the Owners who abandon the Hornet In-House Travel Trailer are William L. Scott and Sandra L. Grime. Pursuant to Section 715.109 Florida Statutes, provides for the sale of abandoned property at public sate of competitive bidding, if the property is not released pursuant to S. 715.108 Florida Statutes. The case amount of $10,000.00 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from Naples Mobile Home Park.
Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filing a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Collier County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to Florida Statutes 559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for disposition.
