NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009975 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY , AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W2 is Plaintiff and HAROLD BRISCOE; SYLVIA BRISCOE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FOREST CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, FOREST CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 11, 11A THROUGH 11C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
