Riveron and Gregory D. Sheller, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on October 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 107, OF CENTER GATE ESTATES, UNIT 1, PHASE 1-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 30 AND 30A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
