NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-002940 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A is the Plaintiff and JAMES D. CLAYDON; CHERIE L. CLAYDON; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 29, 2ND ADDITION, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
