Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2011-CC-006989-NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Certificate #241, of KING'S GATE CLUB, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, together with that certain double-wide mobile home situated on Lot No. 241 in KING'S GATE CLUB, a/k/a 241 Avenue of Barons, Nokomis, Florida 34275; said Parcel being identified as Sarasota County Property Appraiser's Parcel ID Number: 0379-01-1241.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on June 20, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
