NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 014904 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and KELLIE A. SCHREMPP; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLIE A. SCHREMPP; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 15th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2635, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 13, 13A THROUGH 13NN, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
