NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. Case No. 2007-CA-012451-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and PATRICK O`CONNOR; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROWENA E. CROSBY; JOHN DOE N/K/A REGINALD O'CONNER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND THE EAST 37.1 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK E, VIRIGINIA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
