EMOND; LYNNANN M. EMOND; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; BEEKMAN LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
