ANDREWS; KIM L. ANDREWS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; TURTLE ROCK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
