LOT 9, REVISED MAP OF JONES' ESTATES AND NORTH 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 907 E HANNA AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on June 12th, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
