LOT 6, BLOCK 6, GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 288-304, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 20136 HERON CROSSING DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on June 14th, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
