LOT 7, FOREST LAKES SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 1 AND 1A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3937 Helene Street, Sarasota, Florida 34233, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on June 28, 2012, at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10).
