NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004740 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and EMILY B. PERRY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMILY B. PERRY; NICHOLAS M. RINCHICH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE NICHOLAS M. RINCHICH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COLDWELL BANKER HOME LOANS; BENJAMIN JOHNSON, LLC; VENICE EAST GOLF ASSOCIATION, INC.; VENICE EAST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, OF VENICE EAST, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 13, 13A AND 13B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
