NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Foreclosure, entered in this action on the 9 day of May, 2012, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in room 201/202 on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 2:00 P.M. on the 22 day of June, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 5, Block 2, Country Hills Unit One “D”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 22 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 4612 Lantana Place, Plant City, Florida 33566 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice Of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
