NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-012805, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY J. D'AMICO and JENNIFER R. D'AMICO are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 22 day of June, 2012, at 2 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block B, PROVIDENCE LAKES PARCEL “C”, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, page 13, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
