Final Judgment was awarded on September 9, 2009 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-001256, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR7, is the Plaintiff, and, ANGI H. TO A/K/A ANGI HANH TO; bruce to; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB TOWNHOMES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; JOHN DOE N/K/A MATTHEW COMAS; and unknown or TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida at 10:00 AM on June 20, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 32, WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 75 THROUGH 79, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Fl
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE ALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
