Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 5, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, “HUNTER'S GREEN-PARCEL 7”, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 17501 WOODTHRUSH PLACE, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on June 22nd, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
