Notice is given that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated February 28, 2012, in Case No. 29-2011-CA-008841 (J) of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JOSE C. FIGUEREDO SR., also known as JOSE C. FIGUEREDO; DARLENE E. FIGUEREDO; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC., A FOREIGN CORPORATION, AS ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD BANK, are the Defendants, that I will sell the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash, on June 14, 2012, at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
