NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11th, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-006658(G) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and DANNY S. PORTER; JANET L. PORTER; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES AT FISHHAWK RANCH GARDEN DISTRICT ASSOCIATION, INC.; GENSTAR LAND COMPANY, LLC; JANE DOE N/K/A MICHELLE KRINGLE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00pm on June 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK L, FISHHAWK RANCH TOWNCENTER PHASE 1B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
