NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-023154 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and DON STERNHAGEN, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, Woodland Park Acres, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 20, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
