NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-026869(H) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P., is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW STOREY; LEISA STOREY; FOREST HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; JP MORGAN CHASE; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00AM on June 14, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, FOREST HILLS ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE(S) 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
