NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-011189 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff and DENNIS SMITH A/K/A DENNIS F. SMITH; DEBRA SMITH A/K/A DEBRA L. SMITH; CRISTINA PHASE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on June 18, 2012, 2:00 PM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 3, CRISTINA PHASE II, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA - a/k/a 11302 ANDY DRIVE, RIVERIEW, FL 33569.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
