NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-022724-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC is Plaintiff and JOVIE D. FIGUEROA; ELVIE E. FIGUEROA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; WETHERBEE LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 379, WETHERBEE LAKES SUBDIVISION PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 37 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
