and commonly known as: 3313 S. KIRKMAN ROAD, UNIT 219, ORLANDO, FL 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 25, 2012 at 11 A.M.
