NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-11696-40 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and JEFF D. SLEEPER, A SINGLE MAN; ORANGE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; LYDIA GARDNER, CLERK OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A ROBERT CRUNKLETON RESIDING AT 830 BALTIMORE DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32810; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Room 350 of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL, at by 4:00 p.m. EST on the day of the sale on the 27TH day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK C OF ALBERT LEE RIDGE THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE(S) 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
