NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-21674 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE4 is the Plaintiff and LYNN DIMAURO A/K/A LUCY LYNN DIMAURO A/K/A LUCY DIMAURO A/K/A LUCY LYNN STRONG, A SINGLE WOMAN; IBERIABANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CENTURY BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A JOYCE HILL RESIDING AT 9967 GRONAU COURT, ORLANDO, FL 32825; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” N/K/A MATT HILL RESIDING AT 9967 GRONAU COURT, ORLANDO, FL 32825, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Room 350 of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL, at by 4:00 p.m. EST on the day of the sale on the 27th day of JUNE, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 5, PARK MANOR WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
