Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure dated October 22nd, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2007-CA-010110-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein AMERIQUEST FUNDING II REO SUBSIDIARY LLC is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL LAVAN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 23, Block 1, STONEYBROOK WEST UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 134 thru 138 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of January, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
