NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15TH day of OCTOBER, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-040746-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARY VERNER A/K/A MARY M VERNER, A/K/A MARY MARGARET VERNER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY VERNER A/K/A MARY M VERNER, A/K/A MARY MARGARET VERNER N/K/A MARY M VERNER, A/K/A MARY MARGARET VERNER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19TH day of NOVEMBER, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK “A” AZALEA PARK, SECTION THIRTY-THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
