NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1 day of October 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-036829 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ESPERANZA PABON OLIVERAS-MELENDEZ A/K/A ESPERANZA PABON OLIVERAS MELENDEZ A/K/A ESPERANZA PABON, CLUB VILLAS AT WIMBLEDON PARK INC., TOMMY OLIVERAS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20 day of November, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 6, BUILDING B OF CLUB VILLAS AT WIMBLEDON PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3511, PAGE 2480 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
