The South 76 feet of the following described parcel; Begin 12.5 feet West and 20 feet South of the Northeast corner of Lot 24, Block 1, Prosper Colony, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book D, Page 109, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, run thence West 100 feet, South 146.24 feet, East 100 feet, North 147.03 feet to the Point of Beginning, and 12.5 feet strip of land lying adjacent to and to the West of the following described line: Begin as a point 477 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 24, Block 1, Prosper Colony, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book D, Page 109, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and run North along the Easterly boundary of said Lot a distance of 76 feet.
