NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016312-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA4 is Plaintiff and JUSTIN L. COLEBRISSI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUSTIN L. COLEBRISSI; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; METRO AT MICHIGAN PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4, IN BUILDING 1938, OF METRO AT MICHIGAN PARK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8154, AT PAGE 859, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
