NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008603 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R1 is Plaintiff and GESIDIO DIMILLO; RONA L. DIMILLO; IRMA DIMILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRMA DIMILLO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PRAIRIE LAKE VILLAGE HOA, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, PRAIRIE LAKE VILLAGE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
