NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-032030-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MARCIAL GOMEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCIAL GOMEZ, IF ANY; EMMA GOMEZ; MARCIAL GOMEZ, SR. ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 40 FEET OF EAST 80 FEET OF LOTS154, 155 & 156, INTERLAKE PARK, SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H, PAGE(S) 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
