LOT 11, GOLDEN ACRES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 113, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3507 GLEN VILLAGE CT, ORLANDO, FL 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on November 26, 2012 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
