NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-003169 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and DIEGO HERRERA, GRANT STATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR STOCKTON TURNER LLC DBA STOCKTON TURNER & COMPANY and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30 day of November, 2012, at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, PLAT OF GRANT STATION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 121 AND 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
