NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-000680-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF GSAA 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and ALMA NIKOLIC, MOMCILO NIKOLIC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of November, 2012, at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, OF VISTA LAKES VILLAGE N-4 AND N-5 (CHAMPLAIN), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE(S) 51 THROUGH 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
