NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002700 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA FOYTEK DOMICOLE A/K/A PATRICIA ANN DOMICOLE A/K/A PAT DOMICOLE, THE LEMON TREE - I COA, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of November, 2012, at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT B, BUILDING 13, OF THE LEMON TREE, SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2685, PAGES 1427 THROUGH 1487, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 114 THROUGH 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
