NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-021701-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and RENARD JOSEPH, PARKVIEW ON MERCY DRIVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, JEAN JOSEPH and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14 day of January, 2013, at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, PARKVIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 111 AND 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
