NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-025881 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and HAROLD JONES, MAITLAND CENTER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP DBA THE ALEXAN CLUB AT MAITLAND CENTER, UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. N/K/A NGHI NGUYEN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 29th day of November, 2012, at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 225 OF UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8032, PAGE 138, AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
