NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of October 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-24040, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS APRIL 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR2 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN MAHADEO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and INDRA MAHADEO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 17th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 637, OAK LANDING UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 17 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
