NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 6, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-023986-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein Amtrust REO I, LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. BOVA, are the Defendants. Lot 13, ENCLAVE AT LAKE PRICE, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 26-29, inclusive of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
