HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3,ASSET BACKED PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and JUSTO ALMONTE; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION A DISSOLVED CORP; THE MADISON AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/19/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING 16, UNIT NO.1614 OF THE MADISON AT METROWEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 08405 AT PAGE 4098 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
