Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 03, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-3030-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16, Plaintiff, and DAVID P DILLON A/K/A DAVID DILLON, LAURIE A. DILLON A/K/A LAURIE DILLON, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DAVID R. DILLON, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
