NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 23, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-000193 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and TANYA TOMANIO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; THE PINES AT DEEP CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 7-B3, PHASE 1, THE PINES AT DEEP CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1018, PAGE 1710 THROUGH 1753, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1018, PAGES 1754 THROUGH 1757, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 52A THROUGH 52H, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION
