SHELDON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE E. SHELDON N/K/A ALICE A. SHELDON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; FOUNTAIN COURT PGI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
