Final Judgment was awarded on October 19, 2012 in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-051712, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, deutsche bank national trust company, as indenture trustee, for new century home equity loan trust 2006-1, is the Plaintiff, and, DANIEL L. SHEPARD are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 19, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
