NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 22, 2011, entered in Case No. 09-CA-068684 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of the CertificateHolders, CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and Arialdis A. Alfonso, a/k/a Arialdis Alfonso; a/k/a Arialdis Antonio Alfonso and Nicole M. Alfonso, a/k/a Nicole Alfonso; a/k/a Nicole Marie Boscarino; Vistanna Villas Master Association, Inc.; Villas I at Wistanna Villas Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 156, OF VISTANNA VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 32-37, of the public records of lee county florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
