A portion of land lying in Section 28, Township 46 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, lying between and adjacent to the East lot line of the premises descried in deed recorded in O.R. Book 3395, Page 1385 and West of the premises descried in deeds recorded in O.R. Book 2931, Pages 3302 and O.R. Book 2591, Page 3558, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing 330 feet South of the Northeast corner of the West ½ of the East ½ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 28, Township 46 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida; thence West 660 feet; thence South 277 feet; thence East 145 feet to the Southeast corner of the Parcel described in O.R. Book 3395, Page 1385 and the Point of Beginning; thence East to an intersection with the West lot line of that parcel described in O.R. Book 2591, Page 3558; thence North along said West line to the Northwest corner of that parcel described as Parcel One in O.R. Book 2931, Page 3302; thence West to an intersection with the Northeast corner of that parcel described in O.R. Book 3395, Page 1385; thence South to the Point of Beginning.
