NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 19 day of November, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
The North 100 feet of the South 669 feet of the East 150 feet of the West 325 feet of the East ∏ of the East ∏ of the East ∏ of the Southwest ∑ of Section 29, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, together with an easement for roadway purposes over and across the part of the East 50 feet of the West 375 feet of said fraction of a section extending from a prolongation of the South line of herein described parcel Northerly to the Southerly right-of-way of McGregor Boulevard (State Road No. 867) (Being Lot 27, unrecorded Deep Lagoon Heights).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
