SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P., is Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS ARTECHE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT F-2, OF VILLA CAPRI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 589, PAGE 289, AND S AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and limitations of record, if any, together with taxes for current and subsequent years.
